Frankfurt Bookfair Design - kulturlx

I made two illustrations for the Frankfurt Bookfair 2025 booths for the Luxembourgish Arts Council kulturlx, together with postcards and bookmarks.

The brief was as follows:
The themes were exploration of new forms of writing, linguist exploration, and exploring current and contemporary themes.

The two key themes that Luxembourgish authors are addressing are memory and migration (exile, belonging).

Going from there, I made my sketches and came up with a story for the illustrations for which I chose to use frames and different layers to symbolise the literary experimentations and explorations.
