Glimpses beyond the Wimmelbuch

My loop animation is accompanying my Wimmelbuch Rotondes and offers you a quieter space where you can focus on some details from the Wimmelbuch.

My idea is to bring some of my characters alive by animating them, and tell stories that have been hinted at or that have yet been left uncovered in the Wimmelbuch.

The chaotic nature of a Wimmelbuch really makes you look at a single page for a very long time, whereas this animation draws you into moments from the characters I have created, drawing you into one story at the time.

I haven't included the full animation, just a glimpse for you to get an idea with some sketchwork and photographs of the Opening Event taken by Gilles Kayser.
